According to legend, the history of our brand is connected with an important historical event called the "Peace of Tilsit", concluded between June 13 and June 25, 1807 in Tilsit between Alexander I and Napoleon after the War of the Fourth Coalition.
During the training camp of Alexander I, he was offered to brighten up the meeting with Napoleon by rewarding him with a special vodka, the recipe of which was inherited from the Ottoman Empire. According to tradition, it was believed that after drinking a "miracle drink" together, both sides had to come to an agreement. But the bottle was mysteriously lost.
On June 13, 1807, the emperors Napoleon and Alexander met in a covered pavilion set up on a raft in the middle of the river, and had a face-to-face conversation for about an hour. The next day in Tilsit, Alexander I attended a review of the French guard and later a peace treaty was signed, which was unsuccessful for the Russian Empire and later led to war. When the legendary drink offered as a gift for Napoleon Banapart remained a legend ... Rumor has it that the last person to taste the mysterious alcohol was Elizaveta Alekseevna, who was famous for her unparalleled taste and extraordinary talent for choice.
